Cucumbers are diuretics, so they stimulate urination which helps to cleanse the liver, flush out bodily toxins and avoid water retention.
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 2 quarts water
Put the ice, cucumber, lime, and mint in a large pitcher. Pour water over it.
