Yoga for Psoriasis And Home Remedies

Psoriasis is an inflammatory disease characterized by thick, scaly, rough and silvery skin. It affects both sexes equally. Here are some yoga asanas for psoriasis that help to reduce oxidative stress and increase circulation.

Changes to make in daily routine
