- Eat well balanced diet that includes fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, proteins and nuts.
- Avoid alcohol consumption
- Eat Fish oil capsules
- Drink plenty of water
- Avoid fast foods, and foods contain colours and preservatives .
- Use a body wash instead of soap for bathing
- Well moisturise your skin with scent free coconut oil
- Take a little bit of sun bath. Overexposure can worsen psoriasis, so don’t overdo it.
