It’s high time to rethink and re plan your dietary habits. It’s a part of the fuel of our immune system. Here is the link to easily available organic food stuff commonly available in our kitchens which can boost our immune system to protect us from coronavirus infection. If you have visited a super market or a grocery store lately, you might have noticed that the store shelves have been picked clean of almost all processed foods. This makes sense because we tend to reach for comfort foods when we’re feeling sad or vulnerable. But these are the exact foods we should avoid if we want to stop emotional eating and strengthen our immune system.

3. Small Habits Can Make A Big Difference

The Dont’s
  • Avoid going to crowded places.
