2. Time To Redo Your Dietary Habits

It’s high time to rethink and re plan your dietary habits. It’s a part of the fuel of our immune system. If you don’t eat healthy you will be having a weaker immune system and at some point will fall sick if not by COVID then probably by something else. If you have visited a super market or a grocery store lately, you might have noticed that the store shelves have been picked clean of almost all processed foods. This makes sense because we tend to reach for comfort foods when we’re feeling sad or vulnerable. But these are the exact foods we should avoid if we want to stop emotional eating and strengthen our immune system.

The Dont’s
  • Avoid going to crowded places.
