  • Drink a glass of lukewarm jeera water

2. Isabgoal or psyllium husk

It is a dietary fibre that helps to improve stool and promote laxation. It is one of the most commonly used natural remedies for constipation and diarrhea.

For constipation – Take a cup of warm milk and add 1tsp of isabgoal and consume at night 30 minutes before sleeping.

For diarrhea – Take a small bowl of plane yogurt and add 1tsp of isabgoal and consume in the morning for diarrhea.

Make sure to consume isabgoal instantly as it absorbs water and become fluffy.

3. Hing ( Asafoetida) water

Asafoetida or hing powder increases the activity of digestive enzymes and boost digestion. Making hing water is very easy, add 1/2 tsp of hing powder to lukewarm water and drink whenever you feel uneasy.

4. Carom and fennel seeds

The concoction of carom and fennel seeds helps to boost metabolism and instantly reduces indigestion and acidity. Just soak 1 teaspoon of fennel, 1 teaspoon of carom seeds in 1-litre of water, reduce it to half and sip it anytime to give your stomach some relief.

5. Aloe vera
