Hello readers! in this prompt question I’m sharing my happy list that reflects the unique blend of qualities that make me who I am. My happy list
  1. Morning meditation and parctising Yoga. In doing so clothing is very imortant specially loose yoga pants*.
  2. Enjoying a delicious and nutritious breakfast.
  3. Going for a refreshing morning jog with my most comfortable running shoes.*
  4. Listening to my favorite music .
  5. Spending quality time with my family and my kids.
  6. Reading a few pages from Bhagwad GEETA*.
  7. Practicing gratitude.
  8. Taking a moment to appreciate nature, like watching a sunrise or sunset.
  9. Trying out a new recipe and cooking a satisfying meal.
  10. Treating patients with natural medicine.
  11. Connecting with a friend or family member through a phone call or video chat.
  12. Engaging in a workout.
  13. Taking a short break to stretch and relax during the day( generally this one I don’t get so often).
  14. Teaching my kids how to sing.
  15. Organizing and decluttering a small area of my living space.
  16. Learning something new, specially in medicine.
  17. Practicing deep breathing exercises to reduce stress.
  18. Expressing kindness by complimenting or helping someone.
  19. Watching inspiring and motivational content.
  20. Enjoying a hot cup of my favorite homemade green tea.
  21. Taking a moment to visualize your goals and dreams.
  22. Engaging in a random act of kindness.
  23. Learning how to dance.
  24. Taking relaxing shower.
  25. Tackling a small to-do list item to feel accomplished.
  26. Journaling.
  27. Spending time on writing quality blogs about health.
  28. Talking to my mum.
  29. Making funny videos.
  30. Reflecting on my day and acknowledging moments of joy before sleep.
