How to use

Take 2tsp of milk add 1/2 tsp of gram flour, pinch of turmeric powder and 5-6 drops of rose water. Mix it well to a smooth paste and apply on face and neck. Wash with normal water.

How to use aloe vera remedy for acne

Scrap the clear gel from aloe vera leaf and directly apply on your skin. Initially use it once or twice a day then keep on dcereasing the frequency as it will dry out your skin. After a week or 10 days apply aloe gel mixed with a oil based moisturiser or a essential oil.

5. Apple Cider Vinegar

How to use apple cider vinegar for acne

  1. Take 1tsp of witch hazel bark and soak for 30 min with 1cup of water in a saucepan.
  2. Now this mix to a boil and then keep on simmer flame for another 10 minutes.
  3. Let the residue cool down for another 10 minutes.
  4. Store this healing toner in a sealed container.
  5. Apply this on the face with a cotton ball 1-2 times a day.

You can also use Thyers Witch Hazel Toner* to save your time or in the absence of witch hazel bark.

7. Omega-3

Diet rich in omega-3 helps to control inflammationand reduces acne reoccurrence. Studies have also shown a significant decrease in acne after ten week of consuming omega-3.
